This functionality will benefit customers of both <strong>WithSecure Elements Identity Security for Entra ID<\/strong>, and <strong>WithSecure Elements XDR Cloud Security for Azure<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-id=\"background\">Background<\/h2>\n<p>This update gives you a clear and complete view of all identities in your cloud environment.<\/p>\n<p>With Identity Inventory, you can easily see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All users and service principals<\/li>\n<li>Their types and roles<\/li>\n<li>MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-id=\"how-to-get-started\"><strong>How to Get Started<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Cloud \u2192 Microsoft tenants<\/strong> page in Elements.<\/li>\n<li>Connect the new <strong>Identity Inventory<\/strong> capability (you only need to give permission to read Entra ID data &#8211; no Azure subscription needed).<\/li>\n<li>After the scan is complete (it may take up to 36 hours), you will see all identity data in <strong>Environments \u2192 Identities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-id=\"why-is-this-important\"><strong>Why is this important?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You get complete visibility into who and what has access in your cloud environment &#8211; now directly inside Elements, without needing to switch to the Azure portal.<\/li>\n<li>It helps you identify potential risks, such as accounts without MFA or unexpected roles.<\/li>\n<li>No extra Azure subscription or complicated setup is needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This new capability helps you spot risks early and keep your cloud environment secure by giving you a clear picture of all identities.<\/p>\n<h2 data-id=\"what-s-next\"><strong>What\u2019s Next?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>BCDs (Broad Context Detections) will be linked to Identities.
