Unable to change the settings in an Elements EPP for Computers<\/span> or Elements EPP for Servers<\/span> profile in the Elements Endpoint Protection Portal due to the "save profile" button being grayed out.<\/p>\n

Resolution:<\/h3>\n

The\u00a0profile editor<\/strong> includes extra validation checks<\/strong> to make sure all settings are complete and correct.<\/p>\n

If any required fields are incomplete or incorrectly configured<\/strong>, they will be highlighted in red or orange<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To solve the issue:<\/p>\n

    Go through all sections of the profile.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Look for fields marked with red or orange borders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Correct or complete those fields.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
