Follow these steps to create an Real-time scanning exclusion for specific file extensions:\u00a0<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the Elements Endpoint Protection portal<\/li>\n
  2. Go to the Profiles<\/b> page<\/li>\n
  3. Select the profile you want to edit<\/li>\n
  4. Go to the Real-time scanning\u00a0<\/b>settings<\/li>\n
  5. In the File scanning\u00a0<\/b>section, enable Exclude files with the following extensions<\/b><\/li>\n
  6. In the Excluded extensions<\/b>, enter the file extensions in format ABC<\/b> instead of .ABC\u00a0<\/b>(use space between extensions if you enter multiple)<\/li>\n
