Open a Command prompt as an Administrator<br \/>2. Navigate with the Command prompt to the folder where you have stored the Elements Agent installer<br \/>3. Run command:<\/p>\n<p>installername.exe &#8211;skip-sidegrade &quot;product_name&quot;<\/p>\n<p>4.
