These enhancements are designed to improve your experience by reducing notification volume and ensuring that the messages you receive are more relevant and actionable.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What\u2019s Changing?\u00a0<\/h3>\n

The updated system introduces smarter notification logic that filters out less critical updates, helping you focus on what truly matters. This change applies specifically to BCDs (Broad Context Detections)<\/strong> that are part of our Managed Services.\u00a0\ufe0f<\/p>\n

Note: There are no changes to the EDR notification system<\/strong> at this time.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

New Notification Rules\u00a0<\/h3>\n

This new notification system will only take effect once the MDR rules is enabled at Security Configurations > Automated actions > Automated services.\u00a0<\/p>\n
