WithSecure have announced<\/a> the availability of a new integration with HaloPSA<\/strong><\/a> as part of new Managed Service Provider (MSP) focus, designed to empower MSPs to deliver scalable, compliant, and profitable cybersecurity services.\u00a0The integration helps MSPs to automate their workflows to deliver Advanced Endpoint Protection, Exposure Management, and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services with WithSecure Elements Cloud platform.<\/p>\n

The seamless integration of WithSecure Elements with HALO delivers a comprehensive, multi-tenant and single-agent cybersecurity solution – plug in, power up, and let the integrated ticketing automate your workflows.<\/p>\n

Background<\/strong><\/h2>\n

WithSecure Elements has native integration capabilities to automate ticket creation workflow with HaloPSA. The integration can be easily configured from Elements Security Center.<\/p>\n

How to Get Started<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Setup connectivity in HaloPSA <\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Login to your HaloPSA account<\/li>\n
  2. Choose \u201cConfiguration\u201d -> \u201cIntegrations\u201d from Navigation menu on left hand side<\/li>\n
  3. Select HaloPSA API\n
      \n
    1. Under \u201cApplications\u201d click \u201cView applications\u201d button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. From top right corner click \u201c+New\u201d\n
        \n
      1. Type in application name e.g. \u201cWithSecure Elements\u201d<\/li>\n
      2. Make sure \u201cActive\u201d checkbox is checked<\/li>\n
      3. Select \u201cClient ID and secret\u201d under \u201cAuthentication method\u201d<\/li>\n
      4. Copy \u201cClient id\u201d and \u201cClient secret\u201d to be inserted into WithSecure Elements Security Center. <\/li>\n
      5. Under login type\n
          \n
        1. Select \u201cAgent\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        2. Then choose an agent of your choice from the \u201cAgent to login in as\u201d dropdown menu. The tickets coming from WithSecure are created with the identity of the chosen agent<\/li>\n
        3. Click Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Go to the Integrations section in the Elements Security Center <\/strong><\/h4>\n

          Click “Configure Integration”<\/p>\n

          1. Set URL (e.g. https:\/\/yourcompanytenant.halopsa.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n
          2. Client ID and Client Secret copied from HaloPSA<\/li>\n
          3. Click connect to validate connectivity<\/li>\n
          4. Click save<\/li>\n
          5. When ordering WithSecure products from WithSecure partner portal for a customer, include Customer company\u2019s HaloPSA reference ID in the in WithSecure Partner Portal \u201cNew order\u201d form \u201cEnd Customer Id\u201d field.<\/li>\n
          6. Ticket creation will automatically start for this company<\/li>\n
          7. Monitor BCD tickets from HaloPSA tool. Tickets have basic information about Elements Security Center activity with deep link WithSecure details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            To import existing customer accounts without \u201cEnd Customer ID\u201d when ordered, please contact WithSecure support. <\/p>\n

            Availability<\/strong><\/h2>\n

            The integration is now available exclusively to WithSecure Partners in Elements Security Center<\/strong><\/a>. Free trials and company-managed subscriptions cannot access them.
