WithSecure\u00a0have announced<\/a>\u00a0the availability the availability of a new integration with ConnectWise PSA<\/strong><\/a> as part of our new Managed Service Provider (MSP) focus, designed to empower MSPs to deliver scalable, compliant, and profitable cybersecurity services.\u00a0The integration helps MSPs to automate their workflows to deliver Advanced Endpoint Protection, Exposure Management, and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services with WithSecure Elements Cloud platform.<\/p>\n

The seamless integration of WithSecure Elements with ConnectWise PSA delivers a comprehensive, multi-tenant and single-agent cybersecurity solution – plug in, power up, and let the integrated ticketing automate your workflows.<\/p>\n

Background<\/strong><\/h2>\n

WithSecure Elements has native integration capabilities to automate ticket creation workflow with ConnectWise PSA. Integration can be easily configured from Elements Security Center.<\/p>\n

How to Get Started<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Setup integration in Connectwise PSA management console<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Select \u201cMy account\u201d from top left corner user dropdown list<\/li>\n
  2. Select \u201cAPI keys\u201d tab<\/li>\n
  3. Select \u201c+\u201d icon (new item) to add new API key\n
      \n
    1. Define description field e.g. WithSecure Elements<\/li>\n
    2. Click \u201csave\u201d icon to generate public and private keys<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Copy public and private keys for WithSecure Elements Security Center configuration<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You will need the following information to be able to configure the ConnectWise PSA integration in the Elements Security Center<\/p>\n

      1. Company ID (used e.g. to login to Connectwise PSA management console)<\/li>\n
      2. Public Key<\/li>\n
      3. Private Key<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Go to Integrations section in Elements Security Center <\/strong><\/h4>\n

        Click \u201cConfigure integration\u201d button from Connectwise PSA component.<\/p>\n

        Configure integration<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        1. Select your tenant from dropdown list (same as your Connectwise PSA management console url)<\/li>\n
        2. Set \u201cCompany ID\u201d (same as your Connectwise PSA management console Company ID)<\/li>\n
        3. Set public and private keys as copied from Connectwise PSA management console.<\/li>\n
        4. Click connect to validate connectivity<\/li>\n
        5. Click “save”<\/li>\n
        6. When ordering WithSecure products from WithSecure partner portal for a customer, include Customer company\u2019s Connectwise PSA reference ID in the in WithSecure Partner Portal \u201cNew order\u201d form \u201cEnd Customer Id\u201d field.<\/li>\n
        7. Ticket creation will automatically start for this company<\/li>\n
        8. Monitor BCD tickets from Connectwise PSA tool. Tickets have basic information about Elements Security Center activity with deep link WithSecure details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          To import existing customer accounts without \u201cEnd Customer ID\u201d when ordered, please contact WithSecure support.<\/p>\n

          Availability<\/strong><\/h2>\n

          The integration is now available exclusively to WithSecure Partners in Elements Security Center<\/strong><\/a>. Free trials and company-managed subscriptions cannot access them.
