WithSecure have announced<\/a> the availability of a new integration with Autotask PSA<\/strong><\/a> as part of new Managed Service Provider (MSP) focus, designed to empower MSPs to deliver scalable, compliant, and profitable cybersecurity services.\u00a0The integration helps MSPs to automate their workflows to deliver Advanced Endpoint Protection, Exposure Management, and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services with WithSecure Elements Cloud platform.<\/p>\n

The seamless integration of WithSecure Elements with Autotask PSA delivers a comprehensive, multi-tenant and single-agent cybersecurity solution – plug in, power up, and let the integrated ticketing automate your workflows.<\/p>\n

WithSecure Elements has native integration capabilities to automate ticket creation workflow with Autotask PSA. Integration can be easily configured from Elements Security Center.<\/p>\n

How to Get Started<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Get integration credentials from Autotask<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. Login to www.autotask.net<\/a> management console<\/li>\n
  2. Click \u201cAdmin\u201d from navigation panel (left hand side)<\/li>\n
  3. Under \u201cAdmin categories\u201d select \u201cOrganization settings and users\u201d <\/li>\n
  4. Expand \u201cResources\/Users (HR)\u201d<\/li>\n
  5. Click \u201cResources\/Users\u201d<\/li>\n
  6. From \u201cNew\u201d dropdown list select \u201cNew API User\u201d<\/li>\n
  7. In new Add API user popup window <\/li>\n
  8. Fill mandatory general settings (names and email etc.)<\/li>\n
  9. You can choose \u201cAPI user (system) Can\u2019t Read Costs\u201d from \u201cSecurity Level\u201d options as this is enough for WithSecure Elements integration<\/li>\n
  10. Under Credentials section click \u201cGenerate key\u201d button<\/li>\n
  11. Under Credentials section click \u201cGenerate secret\u201d button<\/li>\n
  12. Copy key and secret to be used in WithSecure Elements Security Center<\/li>\n
  13. Under \u201cAPI Tracking Identifier\u201d select \u201cIntegration vendor\u201d radio button<\/li>\n
  14. From \u201cIntegration vendor\u201d dropdown list select \u201cWithSecure\u201d<\/li>\n
  15. Click \u201cSave & Close\u201d button on top of the page<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You will need the following information to be able to configure the Autotask PSA integration in the Elements Security Center<\/p>\n

    1. API username\/key <\/li>\n
    2. API password\/secret<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Go to Integrations section in Elements Security Center <\/strong><\/h3>\n

      1. Set API username as copied from Autotask management console<\/li>\n
      2. Set API password as copied from Autotask management console<\/li>\n
      3. Click connect to validate connectivity and load queue definitions from Autotask<\/li>\n
      4. Select queue where WithSecure Elements creates tickets to<\/li>\n
      5. Click save<\/li>\n
      6. When ordering WithSecure products from WithSecure partner portal for a customer, include Customer company\u2019s Autotask PSA reference ID in the in WithSecure Partner Portal \u201cNew order\u201d form \u201cEnd Customer Id\u201d field.<\/li>\n
      7. Ticket creation will automatically start for this company<\/li>\n
      8. Monitor BCD tickets from Autotask PSA tool. Tickets have basic information about Elements Security Center activity with deep link WithSecure details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        To import existing customer accounts without \u201cEnd Customer ID\u201d when ordered, please contact WithSecure support. <\/p>\n
