Follow the steps below to generate a WSDIAG report.<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. In the list of apps, click on WithSecure<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click on\u00a0 WithSecure Support tools<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click\u00a0Run diagnostics<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Once completed, it\u00a0generates a\u00a0file called wsdiag.7z<\/b>\u00a0on your desktop<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Attach the\u00a0file to the WithSecure support email.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the built-in support tool\u00a0fails, download the standalone wsdiag tool. Follow the steps below:<\/span><\/p>\n
