How to remove \/ add \/ change \/ modify user in the Elements Vulnerability Management portal<\/p>\n

Resolution:<\/h3>\n

The Users<\/b> page in the Elements Vulnerability Management portal allows to manage user access using Role Based Access Control (RBAC) principles.\u00a0Users with administrator role have full access rights to user management.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Steps to edit \/ modify an existing user:<\/p>\n

  1. Login to the Elements Vulnerability Management portal<\/li>\n
  2. Go to the Users<\/b>\u00a0tab<\/li>\n
  3. Click the List view<\/b>\u00a0button to view list of the users<\/li>\n
  4. Click on three dots (…) on the right side of the user<\/li>\n
  5. Select Edit<\/b><\/li>\n
  6. Make the required change and save your settings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Steps to delete a user:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Login to the Elements Vulnerability Management portal<\/li>\n
    2. Go to the Users\u00a0<\/b>tab<\/li>\n
    3. Click on List view<\/b>\u00a0button to view list of the users<\/li>\n
    4. Click on the checkbox next to the user<\/li>\n
    5. Click the Delete users<\/b>\u00a0button at the bottom of the screen to delete user<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Steps to add a new user:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Login to the Elements Vulnerability Management portal<\/li>\n
      2. Go to the Users<\/b> tab<\/li>\n
      3. Click the circle with 3 dots (…)next to the title "Users"<\/li>\n
      4. Select Add user<\/b><\/li>\n
      5. Fill in the user details and click Finish when done. An invitation email is sent to the user<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note:<\/b>\u00a0Administrators also have other options available including activating and\u00a0deactivating users and adding users to groups.<\/p>\n

        To activate \/ deactivate or add a user to a group:<\/p>\n

        1. Login to the Elements Vulnerability Management portal<\/li>\n
        2. Go to the Users<\/b> tab<\/li>\n
        3. Click on the checkbox next to the user, repeat the step if needed to select all relevant users<\/li>\n
        4. Click the button Activate users<\/b>, Deactivate users<\/b>\u00a0or Add to user groups<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
