This was determined to be a high-risk application by system control heuristics.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>After the file SHA-1 hash and file path is excluded in WithSecure Client Security or Server Security DeepGuard feature continues to block the application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Resolution:<\/h3>\n<p>You can exclude the network drivers from being scanned, by doing the following:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li><span>Log into Policy Manager Console<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Select a host or policy domain from the domain tree<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Click on\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Select\u00a0<strong>Standard view<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Select\u00a0<strong>Real-time scanning<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Scroll down to Files and applications excluded from scanning<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Do not scan the following files and applications<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Add<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span>Enter the full path for each files, folder or SHA-1 of the application. Example:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>File path<\/strong>\u00a0if the file that you want to exclude always uses the same path.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Folder path<\/strong>\u00a0if you want to exclude all files in a specific folder.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Application SHA-1<\/strong>\u00a0if the path for the file that you want to exclude may vary across different hosts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><\/ol>\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>:<br \/>If the file or folder is located in share drive, you need to add the exclusion in UNC format.<br \/>Example:<br \/><span><strong>\\\\servername\\share\\folder\\to\\the\\app.exe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If this location is also mapped to a drive letter (e.g. N:\\), then another exclusion must also be added in the mapped format as the following:<br \/><span><strong>N:\\folder\\to\\the\\app.exe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>For more information on using wildcards in exclusions, refer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/community.withsecure.com\/en\/kb\/articles\/5665-using-wildcards-in-exclusions-in-real-time-scanning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a><br \/><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a010.
