How can I change the infections <b>alerting configuration<\/b> settings so that I do not get many or none of this emails?<\/p>\n<h3>Resolution:<\/h3>\n<p>How to enable or disable email infections alerting settings:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the <strong>Elements<\/strong>\u00a0portal: <a href=\"https:\/\/elements.withsecure.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/elements.withsecure.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Open the\u00a0<strong>Events\u00a0<\/strong>section from the menu on the left<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>Security events<\/strong> page<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>three dots<\/strong> on the right side of <strong>Security Events<\/strong> title<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Infections Alerting Configuration<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select the language from the drop-down list and enter the recipient email address<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> A WithSecure partner with Solution Provider (SOP) or Service Provider (SEP) access to the Endpoint Protection Portal can add their email address on their level, in which case the emails will include alerts for all the companies visible under them in the Endpoint Protection Portal.<\/p>\n<p>This feature allows you to get notified by email when one of the following events happens:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AMSI<\/li>\n<li>DeepGuard<\/li>\n<li>File scanning<\/li>\n<li>Scheduled or locally\/remotely triggered scanning<\/li>\n<li>Web Traffic Scanning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: The Infections Alerting Configuration feature will be deprecated during summer 2026.
