Issue:<\/h3>\n

A web page is blocked by the Client Security or Server Security Browsing Protection, Web Content Control or Connection Control features. How to exclude a web page so that user will not be blocked from accessing the web page?\u00a0<\/p>\n

Resolution:<\/h3>\n

The administrator can add the blocked site as trusted by following these steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log in to Policy Manager Console<\/li>\n
  2. select a host or policy domain from the Domain Tree<\/li>\n
  3. Go to the\u00a0Settings\u00a0<\/b>tab<\/li>\n
  4. Go to Windows ><\/strong> Web content control\u00a0<\/b>settings<\/li>\n
  5. Click\u00a0Add\u00a0<\/b>from the right side of the\u00a0Trusted sites\u00a0<\/b>list<\/li>\n
  6. Add the site or domain URL in the address field<\/li>\n
  7. Distribute the policy (Ctrl + D)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once the web page has been added to the trusted sites list and the policy has been received by the clients, Browsing Protection, Web Content Control and Connection Control will block the site.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    If the local user has been given rights to add trusted sites locally, they will be able to create the exclusion locally by following these steps:<\/p>\n
