Reset admin account tool is available with installation folder of Policy Manager Server. Follow these steps to reset the admin password for Policy Manager Server:<\/p>\n

  2. Stop the Policy Manager Server service by running command: net stop wspms<\/li>\n
  3. Navigate to C:\\Program Files\\WithSecure\\Policy Manager\\Policy Manager Server\\bin<\/li>\n
  4. Run command: reset-admin-account.bat<\/li>\n
  5. Enter new password<\/li>\n
