How to add a new user to the Partner Portal for e-Ordering and etc? How to request access rights?\u00a0<\/p>\n

Resolution:<\/h3>\n

As of February 2026 partner users can no longer self-register into the Partner Portal. Instead, their company administrators can add them to\u00a0their company. This change enhances security\u00a0and removes the waiting time for activating new accounts.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Here is how to add a new user account to Partner Portal as a Partner Portal administrator:\u00a0<\/p>\n

  1. Log into WithSecure Partner Portal at\u00a0WithSecure Partner Portal<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n
  2. Click your name in the upper right corner and select Account Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click\u00a0Add Member<\/strong>\u00a0on the top right of the table<\/li>\n
  4. Fill the fields for the new user.\u00a0In addition to contact details,\u00a0you\u00a0need to set user roles\u00a0for the user. Click the small icon next to a role\u00a0to learn what the role entails. Please note that\u00a0all users have the\u00a0\u201cAcademy & Support User\u201d role and it cannot be removed.<\/li>\n
  5. Click\u00a0Save<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Partner Portal sends the user an email on how to\u00a0proceed\u00a0with the account creation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong> If the user already had access to the Elements portal, after receiving the Partner Portal access rights they can log in to the Partner Portal with their existing user account.\u00a0<\/p>\n
