The changes include, but are not limited to, a temporary delay in incoming emails. This affects all mailboxes at WithSecure.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously, we are removing the old @f-secure.com email addresses. Customers and partners are advised to only use the replacement @withsecure.com email addresses. All @withsecure.com addresses are already operational.<\/p>\n<p>We ask that our partners and customers are patient during this period.<\/p>\n<p>In some cases, this change in emails will also have an additional effect on some services:<\/p>\n<p>Elevate to WithSecure (Elements Endpoint Detection and Response)<\/p>\n<p>During the maintenance period, requests to Elevate to WithSecure from the EDR portal will be delayed. <\/p>\n<p>While the button will still be clickable, the actual elevation request will be queued for later delivery.
