Can I transfer, move or export an Elements Endpoint Protection (EPP for Computers or EPP for Servers) profile to another company account in the Elements Security Center Portal?<\/p>\n

Resolution:<\/h3>\n

A WithSecure Solution Provider (SOP) partner with partner level access to the Elements Security Center portal can copy a profile between two partner managed customer companies in the Elements portal:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the Elements portal\u00a0<\/li>\n
  2. Select the customer company from the scope-selector drop-down menu<\/li>\n
  3. Navigate to Security Configurations > Profiles\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Click on the three dots on the right side of the profile<\/li>\n
  5. Select Copy profile to another account\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Select the destination company<\/li>\n
  7. Click Confirm<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/p>\n

    The Elements Portal also has a profile export and import feature, which you can use to export a profile and then import to another company account.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    How to export a profile:<\/p>\n

    1. Log in to the Elements Portal<\/li>\n
    2. Go to the Security Configurations > <\/strong>Profiles\u00a0<\/b>page<\/li>\n
    3. Click a profile<\/li>\n
    4. Click on the\u00a0three dots <\/b>in the top-right corner and select\u00a0Export profile\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
    5. Save the .json file<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How to import:<\/p>\n

      1. Log in to the Elements Portal to the another company account<\/li>\n
      2. Go to the Security configurations > <\/strong>Profiles\u00a0<\/b>page<\/li>\n
      3. Click an existing profile or clone a new one by clicking the\u00a0three dots\u00a0<\/b>and select\u00a0clone profile<\/b><\/li>\n
      4. Click the three dots\u00a0<\/b>in the top right-corner and select\u00a0Import profile<\/b><\/li>\n
      5. Select the .json file and click\u00a0Open<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The settings will now be overwritten with the settings from the imported profile.<\/p>\n
