Resolution:<\/h3>\n

To have newly added users assets automatically protected by Elements Collaboration Protection, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the Elements Security Center portal<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to the Collaboration Protection > Cloud services <\/strong>page<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the cloud service\u00a0\n

    1. From the Exchange <\/strong>tab, enable Automatically protect newly-added mailboxes<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. From the SharePoint <\/strong>tab, enable Automatically protect newly-added SharePoint and Teams assets<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. From the OneDrive <\/strong>tab, enable\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note that Teams <\/strong>shares this setting with SharePoint<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n
