How to send Elements Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) scheduled reports via email?<\/p>\n

Resolution:<\/h3>\n

You can on the Elements Security Center portal's Reports > My Report<\/strong> page create a custom template which can then be used on the Email notification and report <\/strong>tab as a source for a scheduled email report.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the Elements Security Center portal\u00a0<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to the Reports > My reports <\/strong>page\u00a0<\/li>\n
  3. Click New view template <\/strong>and enter a name for the template<\/li>\n
  4. Click Add widget<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Enter a name for the chart\u00a0<\/li>\n
  6. Select from the Data Source <\/strong>drop-down menu Broad Context Detections<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Select from the Data <\/strong>drop-down menu the Broad Context Detections information you want to add as a widget<\/li>\n
  8. Click Create\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You can repeat steps 4. through 8. to add multiple widgets.<\/p>\n

    Once you have created the template, you can create the scheduled email report that uses the template as the data source:<\/p>\n

    1. Go to the Email notification and report <\/strong>tab<\/li>\n
    2. Click Add email report<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Enter a name for the report<\/li>\n
    4. As Data source<\/strong>, select My report<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. From the Template<\/strong> drop-down menu select the EDR template that you created earlier<\/li>\n
    6. Enable\u00a0Include list of EDR Broad Context Detections\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
    7. Select the language<\/li>\n
    8. Choose the Schedule<\/strong><\/li>\n
    9. Enable Send only when report has content<\/strong>\n

      1. Note:<\/strong> If you want to send a test report with the Send test report<\/strong> button, temporarily disable the Send only when report has content <\/strong>setting before sending the test report. This because if report has no content, the test report will not be sent.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Enter the recipients<\/li>\n
