Currently the tool is designed to be used locally only, so you need to download and run the tool on the device itself with administrator privileges.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you have remote administrator access to the device, you can log in to the device and run the tool that way.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Collect quarantined files using WithSecure Quarantine Dumper by following the instructions below:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">Click on this\u00a0link to\u00a0download \u00a0to a location of your choice, for example,\u00a0c:\\temp:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">32bit version: <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/withsecure.vanillacommunities.com\/home\/leaving?allowTrusted=1&amp;target=https%3A%2F%2Fdownload.withsecure.com%2Fsupport%2Ftools%2Fwsdumpqrt%2Fwsdumpqrt.exe\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/download.withsecure.com\/support\/tools\/wsdumpqrt\/wsdumpqrt.exe<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">64bit version: <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/withsecure.vanillacommunities.com\/home\/leaving?allowTrusted=1&amp;target=https%3A%2F%2Fdownload.withsecure.com%2Fsupport%2Ftools%2Fwsdumpqrt%2Fwsdumpqrt64.exe\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/download.withsecure.com\/support\/tools\/wsdumpqrt\/wsdumpqrt64.exe<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">Launch Command Prompt (CMD).<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">Navigate the directory to the location you\u00a0selected in step 1. For example, type cd c:\\temp\\ and press <strong>Enter <\/strong>on your keyboard\u00a0to go to c:\\temp\\ folder.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">Type wsdumpqrt.exe -d c:\\temp\\\u00a0to run the tool.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">Enter your administrator credentials when prompted. WithSecure license terms are now\u00a0shown.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">Scroll all the way to the end of the license terms before you can accept them.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">Press <strong>E<\/strong>\u00a0on your keyboard to accept the license terms.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">Press any key to complete the run.
