How to configure sending of Elements Exposure Management scan notification emails to multiple recipient email addresses?\u00a0<\/p>\n

Resolution:<\/h3>\n

If you want to have the email notifications to be sent to multiple recipient email addresses when either a Discovery Scan or a Network Scan (System scan \/ Web Scan) has started or finished, you can follow the steps below.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For Network scan:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the Elements Security Center portal<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to the Security configurations > Scans <\/strong>page<\/li>\n
  3. Select the Network scans <\/strong>tab<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the three dots for a scan group\u00a0<\/li>\n
  5. Select Edit scan group\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Go to the Notifications <\/strong>step<\/li>\n
  7. Enable notifications<\/li>\n
  8. Select if you want to send the notification when:\n
      \n
    1. Scan starts<\/li>\n
    2. Scan ends\u00a0<\/li>\n
    3. Scan starts or ends<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Enter the recipient email addresses separated by a comma:\n

      1. user1@example.com<\/a>, user2@example.com, user3@example.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Finish the setup<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        For Discovery scan:<\/p>\n

        1. Log in to the Elements Security Center portal<\/li>\n
        2. Navigate to the Security configurations > Scans <\/strong>page<\/li>\n
        3. Select the Discovery scans <\/strong>tab<\/li>\n
        4. Click on the three dots for a discovery scan<\/li>\n
        5. Click Edit scan settings\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
        6. Go to the Other settings <\/strong>step<\/li>\n
        7. Enable Notifications\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
        8. Select if you want to send the notification when:\n

          1. Scan starts<\/li>\n
