Is it possible to remove old alerts from the Elements Security Center portal’s Security Events page?

Issue:

Is it possible to remove or delete old alerts from the Elements Security Center portal's Events > Security Events page? 

Resolution:

Currently it is not possible to remove or delete alerts from the Elements Security Center portal's Security Events page. The old security events are automatically removed once they have passed their retention periods. 

Security Events are available for a limited period of time dependent on their severity. The retention periods are:

• min. 7 days for Info
• min. 6 months for Attention
• min. 13 months for Action Needed
