Can I customize the email notification sent to administrators for Compromised account alerts in Elements Collaboration Protection?

Issue:

Is is possible to customize the message (text) and subject (title) of the email notification that is sent to administrators when Elements Collaboration Protection detects a compromised account?

I can only find in the policy how to configure the user notification text in the Elements Collaboration Protection policy's Exchange > Notifications page.

Resolution:

It's not possible to customize the subject (title) or the message (text) of the email notification that is sent to administrators when a compromised account is detected by Elements Collaboration Protection. Only the user notification can be configured.

Here's the sample content of a mail that is sent to administrators when Elements Collaboration Protection detects a compromised account:

Subject (title)
WithSecure Elements Collaboration Protection: Email accounts [1] have been exposed in one or more data breaches

Message (text)
###########################################

WithSecure Elements Collaboration Protection has detected that email accounts in the domain have been breached

Number of affected email accounts: 1
Action taken: Notify the administrator and the user

We recommend that you contact the affected email account owners and take necessary actions to mitigate the risks of the breach.

You can check the details of each email account that was breached in the Detections list in the WithSecure Elements Collaboration Protection portal:

You are receiving this email because your email address is configured to receive administrator notifications from the WithSecure Elements Collaboration Protection solution for the protected domain.
