How to change the Elements Agent settings (assign a new profile) for a device?

Resolution:

If you want to change the Elements Agent protection settings for a device, you can do that from the Elements Security Center portal by creating a custom device profile and then assigning that profile to your devices.

How to create a custom profile where you can modify the settings:

1. Log in to the Elements Security Center portal: https://elements.withsecure.com
2. Navigate to the Security configurations > Profiles page
3. Click Create a profile (this uses the default profile as the starting point)
4. Enter a name for the profile and edit the settings to your liking
5. Click Create profile when you are finished

Once you have created a custom profile, you can assign it to all the devices where you want that profile's setting to apply:

1. Navigate to the Environment > Devices page
2. Select the devices from the Devices list (a menu will appear)
3. Click Assign profile 
4. Select your custom profile 
5. Confirm by clicking Assign profile

Now all your selected devices have the settings which have been set in the custom profile.
