Issue:
Do I need to change the Elements Exposure Management Scan Node Agent license file after switching to another reseller partner (solution provider)?
Resolution:
If your existing Elements subscription keys and customer company account was moved from old reseller partner to new, you do not need to change the license file (license.fsrl) or reinstall the scan node.
If the new reseller partner has instead sold you new subscription keys and you have a new Elements company account, in that case you would need to uninstall the current Elements Exposure Management Scan node. Then you can register a new scan node from your new Elements company account and use the new license.fsrl file during the installation the new scan node.
