Sample Submission Has Moved to Elements Security Center
What’s New?
All sample submissions are now managed through the Request Sample Validation service, available under Requests in the WithSecure™ Elements Security Center.
All other Submit a Sample channels are retired.
Why the Change?
- Stronger security with authenticated access
- Faster processing
- Full visibility and traceability
What You Need to Do
- If you are an Elements customer:
No action needed. Use the Request Sample Submission option in your Elements Security Center.
- If you are an existing WithSecure customer but not using Elements:
Request access via our Support link: Email Support. We’ll validate your details and create an Elements account for you.
What Stays the Same
- Reporting false positives from Salesforce Analytics, Elements Security Events, and within products (e.g., Browsing Protection, Quarantine)
