Resolution:
Use this command to locally disable / enable the real-time scanning in LS64
To enable: /opt/f-secure/linuxsecurity/bin/lsctl set oas disabled false
To disable: /opt/f-secure/linuxsecurity/bin/lsctl set oas disabled true
