Is it possible to see a device’s serial number from the Elements Security Center?

Issue:
Is it possible to see a device's serial number from the Elements Security Center portal if a device has Elements Agent installed on it?
Resolution:
The serial number for a device can be viewed in the Elements Security Center portal if you navigate to the Environment > Devices page and then click on a device to open the device details view. On the left side of the device details view you can find the Device details section which includes the serial number of a device.
