WithSecure Academy course certificate inactive / archived even if should be valid for a specified period

Issue:
WithSecure Academy training / course certificate inactive / archived even if should be valid for a specified period, for example two (2) years.
Resolution:
When a course name is changed or a new course is replacing an older one, the old course with its certificate is set to inactive / archived status.
This is an unfortunate technical limitation of the WithSecure Academy. Even if the course certificate is archived, the certificate will be considered valid for the original amount shown.
If a user would like to have the refreshed certificate, they can request one.
