fspms service cannot stop with error « fsaus is not running » in Policy Manager for Linux

Issue:

fspms service cannot stop with error "fsaus is not running" in Policy Manager for Linux.

F-Secure Policy Manager Server is malfunctioning:
jetty is running…
fsaus is not running

There's error log in launcher-error.log.
===
Could not stop server, ensure that valid IPC.KEY and IPC.PORT are specified

How can I solve this error?

Resolution:

This error may happen when fspms is stopped as soon as after fspms is started.
Since there's process limitation in fspms, it's recommended to stop fspms 5 to 10 minutes after fspms is started.
