New Feature: Software Inventory (Beta)

We are excited to introduce Software Inventory (Beta), a new view in WithSecure Elements. With the Software Inventory for installables, we introduce a substantial improvement on the visibility of your attack surface – another capability helping you to move from reactive to proactive security.

With Software Inventory, you can:

• Browse a real-time inventory of software across all managed devices, including names and versions
• Filter by device properties (OS type) and software properties (vendor, category, tags)
• Identify software with known vulnerabilities flagged by CVE severity
• Tag and organize software for easier management
• Inspect individual devices to see what software is installed, and view all devices where a specific software is present

Why beta? Software Inventory is fully functional, but we are still validating the accuracy and completeness of the displayed data across diverse environments. We welcome any observations you share with us as we work toward general availability.
