How to acknowledge the detections on the Security Events page in the Elements Security Center portal?

Issue:

How to acknowledge the detections on the Security Events page in the Elements Security Center portal? Can multiple / several detections be acknowledged simultaneously (at the same time)? 

Resolution:

To acknowledge detections on the Security Events page in the Elements Endpoint Protection portal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Elements Security Center portal 
2. Go to the Events > Security Events page from the menu on the left
3. For a detection, click on the Action Menu (three dots) > Acknowledge

This will change the status shown on the Acknowledged column to show the date and time when the detection was acknowledged and by whom it was performed (administrator username is shown).

Currently it is not possible to acknowledge multiple detections simultaneously. 

Note: The status of the Acknowledged column is only changed if a user clicks Action Menu > Acknowledge. If any other feature is used from the action menu, such as Delete from quarantine, Restore to the original location or Report a possible false positive detection, the status will not be affected.
