Is it possible to disable the license renewal reminder for Elements Endpoint Protection products?

Issue:

The Elements Endpoint Protection subscription is expiring soon and the license renewal reminder is shown on every device that has Elements Endpoint Protection Agent installed.

Is it possible to disable this license expiration reminder?

Resolution:

The subscription renewal reminder that is shown on the Element Agent clients can be disabled from the Elements Endpoint Protection device profile:

1. Log in to the Elements Endpoint Protection portal
2. Go to the Security configurations > Profiles page 
3. Select the profile that is in use on the devices 
4. Go to the General settings page
5. Scroll down to the License expiration section
   

Here you can disable the Show notifications setting if you do not want local users to see notifications related to license expiration. You can also customize the Days before license expiration time and you can also have a customized Message about license expiration that is shown to users.
