A website is listed under the wrong or inaccurate Browsing Protection – Web Content Control category. How to request to switch to the correct category.
Resolution:
If you found that a website (URL) has been wrongly categorized for Web Content Control, you can open a Sample Validation request through the Elements Security Center portal's Requests page.
