Use these when standard troubleshooting steps haven’t resolved the issue.

Windows

Support Tool (WSDIAG)

Use when: something seems wrong and you need a diagnostic report to share with support. Gathers detailed information about your system and its configuration for troubleshooting.

WithSecure Connectivity Tool

Use when: your agent isn't connecting, or you want to verify connectivity before installing. Checks whether a host can reach the WithSecure backend systems. Run before product installation or to rule out connectivity as the cause of an issue.

FSAUA-reset Tool

Use when: virus definitions are out of date or automatic updates have stopped working. Resets the WithSecure Automatic Update Agent (FSAUA). Works on Client Security, Server Security, Email and Server Security, and Elements EPP for Computers.

Uninstallation Tool

Use when: normal product uninstallation has failed. Force-removes WithSecure products from Windows. Works on Business Suite, Email and Server Security, Elements EPP for Computers, and Elements EDR.
